You can set point value cost for Offers Creation (Registration) by Business Owners Users.
In order to allow users to create (register) Offers for free, set the Offer registration Cost value to zero.
Go to WordPress Backend
From the Side Menu choose “ToolKit Options“
Under “Offers Settings” tab, scroll to “Offers Registration Cost“
